Chouquette has been operating in New Farm for more than twelve years.  We have an amazing reputation in Brisbane, in Queensland (we have clients as far as Gatton and even Mackay!) and even in Australia (we have clients from all the capital cities).

Our reputation is second to none.  We are unique because we never compromise on quality and consistency.  We only use the best ingredients; we use the best Australian flour, our butter is from Normandy (Flechard or Isigny Ste Mere), our chocolate is supplied by Valrhona and Weiss (2 iconic brands in French patisserie), our cheese comes from France, Italy, Greece and Switzerland, and our fresh fruits, vegetables, honey and other fresh products are sourced locally.

We have a talented team of Pastry Chefs and Baker led by Head Chef Valentin Mille.  Valentin worked for six years at Guy Savoy Paris, one of the best restaurants in the world.  He has been recently awarded 2018 Gault & Millau Patissier of the Year for Queensland.  Our apprentice Lucy Butcher has also recently been awarded 2018 best Apprentice for Queensland and came third Australia wide.
