Our breads are lovingly made at our sister company; Crust & Co. in Wilston. They are all made using traditional slow fermentation processes and only the purest of ingredients and a sourdough culture. Our authentic handmade approach creates a bread which is full of flavour and has a great texture and crust.

PÂtisserie - Pastry products

  1. Chouquettes - Choux pastry puffs sprinkled with hail sugar. 
  2. Gougères - Choux pastry puffs with gruyère cheese. 
  3. Eclairs - (flavours change seasonally.)
    Currently dark chocolate eclair. 
  4. Paris Brest - choux pastry with crumble top, filled with a pure praline base, praline crème and caramelised nuts. 
  5. Millefeuille- Caramelised puff pastry with a light vanilla crème.
  6. Tarte aux Fraises - The classic fresh strawberry tart, made with a sweet biscuit base, almond cream, a layer of strawberry compote, vanilla crème pâtissiere and fresh strawberries.
  7. Tarte Citron Meringue - Tangy lemon tart finished with a velvety Italian meringue.
  8. Macarons
    - Please ask for our current flavours.
  9. Petits Fours 
    - Mini versions of éclairs and a selection of our tarts and pâtisserie range.
  10. Cannelé - (pre-order only)
    - Rum and vanilla perfumed pâtisserie which is caramelised on the outside and pudding like on the inside.

Gateaux - Cake products

 

Shades of Chocolat 

- crunchy praline and feuilletine base, with three layers of chocolate mousse; dark, milk and white. Finished with a mirror glaze, chocolate decorations and gold leaf. Available as: individual portion, 4, 6 & 8 person portions.

Piemont

Salt flake chocolate brownie base with a thin layer of passionfruit confit and a gianduja chocolate ganache.  Finished with a milk chocolate and hazelnut coating and chocolate chantilly crème.  

La Myrtille

- Citrus sponge base, whipped lime ganache, blueberry centre, all encased by a blueberry mousse dome.   

Passion Crème Brûlée

- Sablé Breton biscuit base with a coconut and passionfruit crème brûlée. Finished with a passionfruit jelly decor.
