. Chouquettes - Choux pastry puffs sprinkled with hail sugar.

. Gougères - Choux pastry puffs with gruyère cheese.

. Eclairs - (Flavours change seasonally.)
Currently dark Valrhona chocolate.

. Paris Brest - Choux pastry with flaky almand, filled with a pure praline base, praline butter cream and caramelised nuts.

. Millefeuille- Caramelised puff pastry with a light vanilla crème, salted caramel and vanilla whipped ganache.

. Tarte aux Fraises - The classic fresh strawberry tart, made with a sweet biscuit base, almond cream, a layer of berries compote, vanilla crème pâtissiere and fresh strawberries.

. Tarte Citron Meringue - Sweet dough base, zesty lemon cream, lime confit and lemon confit.

. Macarons - Please ask for our current flavours.

. Petits Fours - Mini versions of éclairs and a selection of our tarts and pâtisserie range.

. Cannelé - Rum and vanilla perfumed pâtisserie which is caramelised on the outside and pudding like on the inside.

. Pépite Chocolat - Sacher biscuit base, hazelnut praline and sea salt crumble, dulcey ganache and Satillia chocolate mousse.

. Paris Brest - Choux pastry, hazelnut praline, sea salt, praline cream and roasted nuts.

. Sunshine Coast Strawberry Tart - Sunshine cost strawberries, vanilla pastry cream, berries confit, almond cream and sweet dough.

. Red Lipstick - Gluten free pistachio madeleine, strawberry mousse, strawberry compote and fresh, and pistachio.

. Shades of Chocolate - Crisp praline feuillantine base with 3 chocolate mousse layers.

Our breads are all made using traditional slow fermentation processes and only the purest of ingredients and a sourdough culture. Our authentic handmade approach creates a bread which is full of flavour and has a great texture and crust.
